ORGANIZATION ADMINISTRATION AND DEVELOPMENT        This is the union of coordination, monitoring, evaluation and reporting on all projects. It is involved with staff replacing and trainings, it is also imparting Technical consultants and volunteers according to the need of the programs. It is also working  as a link between donors, partners and the Board.
